摘要
介绍了对置式四喷嘴气化炉锁斗排渣系统工艺流程;分析了气化炉锁斗系统出现锁斗安全阀、排渣阀堵塞以及锁斗充压慢等问题的原因,提出了锁斗系统堵塞的判断方式、预防措施和检修方法。
Author has introduced the process flow for hooper locking slag discharging system of the gasifier with 4 burners oppositively arranged; has analyzed the reason for the clog problems existed in the safety valve and slag discharging vale of the hooper locking system of gasifier and pressure charging into the hooper locking being too slow and so on ; has presented the decision mode, measure prevention and repair method for clog of hooper locking system.
