摘要 MDEA脱硫溶液发泡的影响因素很多。本文通过不同条件下的单因素发泡实验,对可能影响MDEA溶液发泡性能的各种因素进行了排序分析;再通过多因素发泡实验,采用BP神经网络法对发泡实验结果进行综合分析,确定出影响MDEA溶液发泡性能的主要因素是脱硫溶液中的Mg2+、气井缓蚀剂、液烃、DEA、Fe2+、Fe(OH)3、FeS等污染物质;根据这些污染物的性质,对它们在脱硫溶液中的发泡机理进行了探讨,并提出了防止MDEA脱硫溶液发泡的措施。 There are many factors influencing the foaming of MDEA desulfufization solution. The ranking analysis of the possible influencing factors was made through single factor tests under various reaction conditions. Through the multi-factor tests and analyzing the experimental results with BP neural network, it was found that the main foaming factors of MDEA desulfurization solution were the pollutants existing in the desulfurization solution, such as Mg^2+, gas well inhibitors, liquid hydrocarbons, DEA, Fe^2+, Fe(OH)3, and FeS. According to their nature, the foaming mechanisms of these pollutants in the desulphurization solution were discussed, and corresponding prevention measures were proposed.
