摘要
文章通过大量的试验研究覆盖膜溢胶量、胶层厚度、层压参数对FPC线路敷形效果的影响,对FPC选用合适的材料与工艺具有重要的参考意义。
Effect of Resin flowicthickness of adhesiveicpress parameter on protective capability of circuitry were researched by a lot of experiments, which has sperical reference to selection of material and technics of FPC.
