农民工不加入工会的原因及对策分析

尽管我国在吸收农民工加入工会方面做了很多工作,但是,由于农民工的工作性质、组织观念、思想意识以及对工会的认同度不高等因素的影响,目前农民工加入工会的比例不高,致使工会在维护农民工权益,教育和提高农民工综合素质以及促进农民工转化方面没有起到应有的作用。因此,必须对农民工加强科学文化教育、技术培训和法律意识教育,提高农民工的整体素质,改进工会的工作,加强工会的维权能力,探索新的有效的入会途径等措施来促进农民工加入工会。

Migrant rural worker is a new special social strata emerged in the reform and opening up to the outside. As a self governmental organization, Trade Union has made great contribution to absorb migrant rural workers. Because of their characters, organizational notion, ideological consciousness and low identity with trade union, the density rate and maintenance rate are not so high. so we need to strengthen the scientific and cultural education and vocational education,as well as law idea edcation, enhance the entire quality of migrant rural worker, improve trade union＇s work, explore new methods to guarantee them to join in trade union.
