Taking the Social Sciences Edition Journal of Wuhan University of Technology＇s development as an example,the article expounds that in the process of running the journal,it is necessary for us to change the traditional ideas,find the journal orientation, continue to innovate, in order to get a firm foothold and continue to advance in the fierce competition of journal field.
