摘要
环境与经济的关系问题一直是人们关注的焦点。本文通过建立经济增长与环境污染之间的计量模型,运用计量经济方法分析了四川经济增长与环境污染之间的关系及其冲击效应,证实了环境库兹涅茨曲线在四川并不存在。因此,在环境保护和改善方面,政府应发挥积极的作用,即通过制定产业政策、经济结构调整政策和环境改善政策,加强对环境污染项目或企业的控制和环境污染排放的监督检查,促进经济增长方式的转变,实现经济与环境的协调发展。
The relationship between Environment and economy has long been the worldwide focus. This paper proves that Environmental Kuznets curve does not exist in Sichuan by establishing the model of economic growth and environmental pollution, and analyzing the relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth and its knock-on effects. So, governments should play an active role in formulating industrial policies and adjusting the environment, strengthening the supervision and inspection against environmental pollution environmental pollution, controlling waste emissions, and improving economic growth pattern and realizing harmonious development between economy and environment.
