摘要
随着保险市场竞争的激烈,保险公司顺应自身战略发展需要而进行裁员,是保险公司理性的人力资源退出行为。保险公司裁员分为三种类型,即经济性裁员、结构性裁员和优化性裁员。保险公司不当裁员会产生以下的负面作用:人才流失;员工士气低落;成为同业挖角对象;造成公司经营秘密泄密。保险公司裁员可分为三个步骤:裁员前的规划设计、裁员过程中的组织控制和裁员后的组织整合,结合每一步骤均有应注意的问题。
As competition in the insurance market gets intensified constantly, insurance companies should downsize their employees as is required by their strategic development needs. There are three types of job cuts, namely, job cuts for financial reason, structural downsizing, and downsizing for optimization. Improperly handled staff slimming will have the following negative effects: brain drain, dampened morale, peer company poaching, and leakage of commercial intelligence. Staff downsizing can be done in three steps: prior downsizing planning, process management and post-downsizing reorganization. Specific problems at each step should be carefully watched.
