摘要
首先运用HyperM esh对某微型面包车仪表盘转向管柱总成进行模态分析,并依据分析结果对结构设计进行评价,结合实际情况对结构设计提出2种改进方案,对各改进方案进行了模态分析比较,从而筛选出最佳设计方案.
First, the modal analysis of the initial design of a mini-van assembly string instrument pane is carried out by using the software HyperMesh. Two improvement structure design schemes are proposed according to the practical situation. Through a comparison between the improvement design schemes the optimum one is selected.
