摘要
合理的赛前饮食应该:是1.赛前几天应以复杂糖类及蛋白质为主;2.赛前2.5~3小时吃中等数量的食物;3.比赛即将开始时不宜食用大量的简单淀粉、食糖及葡萄糖;4.在比赛中(较长时间的耐力项目)饮用稀释的葡萄糖溶液.
Before the race, rational diets should be as following: first, the foods, several days before the race, should be rnainly cornplex carbohydrate and protein; second, the athletes should eat medium-amounted foods: third,It's not suitable to take a large quantity of sirnple starch (amylum), sugar and glucose (grape-sugar): forth, during the race (endurance items costing a fairly long time), it will help promote the result to drink the diluted solution.
