摘要
[目的]研究癫痫患者抑郁障碍的发生率及其相关因素。[方法]抑郁障碍诊断采用中国神经精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版(CCMD-3)单相抑郁发病的诊断标准,采用自制一般情况调查表对患者进行测查。用χ2检验、t检验及Logistic多元回归分析对相关因素进行分析。[结果]癫痫患者抑郁障碍发生率为48.7%。癫痫患者抑郁障碍的发生与癫痫的发作类型、发作频率、病程、用药数量、病变部位及对癫痫相关知识掌握程度等因素有关。[结论]癫痫患者抑郁障碍发生率高且受多种因素影响。
[ Objective] To study the incidence and relative factors of depressive disorder of the epileptic patients. [ Methods] Diagnosis of depression was consistent with the unipolar depression diagnostic criteria on China criteria of mental disorders, the 3ed edition; The self-designed questionnaires were used for investigating the general conditions of patients. The relative factors are analyzed by x2, t and logistic. [ Results]The incidence of depression of epileptic patients was 48.7%. Depression of epileptic patients was related to seizure types, seizure frequencies, course, kinds of medicine, seizure position. their epileptic knowledge and so on. [Conclusion ] The incidence of depression of epileptic patients is high and related to many factors.
