摘要
电磁悬浮熔炼技术是一种无容器材料处理加工技术,具有无容器壁污染、熔体均匀、加热熔化速度快以及表面气液相平衡速度快等优点。本文结合业以报道的电磁悬浮技术,概要叙述了近几十年来电磁悬浮技术发展概况,简要阐述了电磁悬浮基本原理,讨论了悬浮线圈的结构设计,对悬浮中的关键问题进行了分析,总结了近年来电磁悬浮技术在金属中气体分析的应用,并展望了电磁悬浮技术的应用前景及发展趋势。
Electromagnetic levitation (EML) melting is a containerless processing technique,which has advantages of no contamination, melting uniformity, rapid melting and rapid gas-liquid phase balance on surface. According to the researches reported, the paper introduces the development of EML in these years, describes the basic principle of EML, discusses the structure design of levitation coil, analyzes the key problems in levitation, summarizes the application in the analysis of gases in metal, and prospects the application and the developing tendency of EML.
