乌体林斯治疗反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响

Effect of Ukraine-billings on recurrent respiratory infection and immune function

目的观察乌体林斯注射液对反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响。方法将106例反复呼吸道感染患者随机分为治疗组(53例)和对照组(53例)。对照组根据所患疾病及咽拭子培养结果、血清学检验结果,选用适当的抗生素或抗病毒药物及对症处理。治疗组在对照组的基础上给予乌体林斯注射。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为92.5、24.5,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。乌体林斯可明显提高IgG、IgM水平,调整机体T细胞亚群的含量,与治疗前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论乌体林斯能提高反复呼吸道感染患者的临床疗效并能改善其免疫功能。

Objective To observe the effect of Ukraine-billings injection on recurrent respiratory tract infection （RRTI） and immune function. Methods 106 patients with RRTI were randomly divided into treatment group （53 cases） and control group （53 cases）. According to the disease, throat swab culture and result of serologic test of control group, the appropriate antibiotics or antiviral drugs and symptomatic treatment were chose. Treatment group was given Ukraine Billings injection on the basis of control group. Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 92.5 % and 24.5 % respectively （P 〈 0.01）. IgG and IgM levels improved significantly （P 〈 0.01）, and the body＇s T-cell subsets content were adjusted by Ukraine-Billings （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Ukraine-Billings is good on RRTI, and it can improve the immune function of RRTI patients.
