摘要
选用6种植物乙醇提取物,分别与花生油、玉米粉等混合配成2.0 g DW/100 mL的毒饵,测定了对红火蚁的室内毒杀效果。结果表明,马缨丹(Lantana camaraL.)、芒萁(Dicranopreris pedata(Houtt.)Nakaike)、飞机草(Chromolaena odorata(L.))与蟛蜞菊(Wedelia chinensis(Osb.)Merr.)四种乙醇提取物对红火蚁的毒杀作用好,效果迅速,其中马缨丹和蟛蜞菊乙醇提取物的毒杀作用最强。前4d对红火蚁的毒杀效果相近,第5d后马缨丹的毒杀作用远高于蟛蜞菊乙醇提取物,药后第8d校正死亡率达到100%。马缨丹乙醇提取物不同浓度对红火蚁毒杀作用,随着浓度的不断增大,红火蚁的死亡率逐渐降低;随着作用时间的增长,红火蚁死亡率逐渐上升,表明马缨丹乙醇提取物对红火蚁具有一定的触杀与较强的驱避作用。
The effects of Six ethanol plant extracts, which mixed with peanut oil, corn flour and made baits for 2.0gDW/100ml, were tested on red imported fire ant (RIF.A) indoor. The results showed that the toxic effects of Lantana Camara, fernland, aircraft grass, Wedelia trilobata ethanol extracts on RIFA were better in six plant extracts. The best toxicity effect was Lantana Camara, Wedelia trilo- bata extracts. The toxic effects of Lantana Camara was similer to Wedelia trilobata before 4 days, howeve, r, the toxic poison rate of the ethanol extract of Lantana Camara was more stronger than that Wedelia trilobata after 5 days. The adjusted mortality reached 100% after 8 days. The effects of different concentrations of extracts form Lantana Camara ethanol showed that with the increasing concentration, the adjusted mortality of Solenopsis invieta reduced gradually, and With the time of growth, the mortality rised gradually. Therefore, the ethanol extract of Lantana Camara had some contact action and repellency to red imported fire ants.
