摘要
介绍了房地产投资信托业务模式,分析了我国房地产金融市场现状和发展房地产投资信托的可行性,指出我国房地产投资信托在组织形式、运作方式、投资方向、退出机制等的几种选择,提出了促进REITs立法、合理税收、拓宽融资、人才培养、投资风险控制等保障措施。
The business model of real estate investment trusts (REIT) is introduced. The actuality and development of Chinese real estate financial market are analyzed as well as the feasibility of real estate investment trusts. Some choices of the organization and operation forms, the investment direction, and the secessional mechanism, are proposed. The ensured measure is presented to promote REITs lawmaking, reasonable revenue, financing extension, personal training, and investment risk control etc.
