摘要
以市场经济理论和政府公共行为为理论依据,结合现实问题,考察和分析地方政府的行为偏差妨碍我国经济社会健康持续发展的各种表现,并就如何进行矫正提出一些对策建议。
The performance deviation of China local governments under the market economic system and its reasons are explored. Based on the theories of market economics and government public behaviors, the practical problems to the development of our economics are analyzed. It is pointed out that China local government, as the dominant of market-oriented reform, should adapt to local interests and meet the growing demand-oriented, to maximize local economy and social welfare.
