摘要
介绍了共直流母线系统的组成与特点,针对浆纱机多电机变频传动的特点,将共直流母线技术应用到浆纱机中去.通过共直流母线的应用,从结构上改变了以往浆纱机的变频传动模式,实现了系统的模块化控制,有效地抑制了谐波干扰,简化了结构.同时,提高了浆纱机系统的稳定性和调速精度,合理利用了系统制动过程中产生的再生能量,节省了能源.
This paper introduces the structure and characteristic of common DC bus system. Common DC bus is used in sizing machine for the characteristic of multi-motor inverter driver in sizing machine. By using it, the sizing machine is modified in structure from the model of inverter driver, achieving the modularization control, suppressing the harmonic-wave interference effective- ly, simplifying the structure, and advancing the precision and stability of the system. The regenerated energy which is pro- duced in the process of the system braking can be used, so the energy can be saved.
