摘要 引入粗糙集和支持向量机理论对企业的财务状况进行分析和预测,建立了财务预测模型,为决策者在科技项目立项前后的监督和管理提供支持. The theories of rough set and SVM are used to analyze and forecast the financial condition of enterprises. And financial forecast model is built, which offers the supervision in order to make a decision for the S ＆T manager.
