南蛇藤组分对幽门螺杆菌的体外抑菌作用

Extrasomatic Bacteriostasis of Celastrus Orbiculatus Thunb Component on Helico Bacter pylori

目的:研究南蛇藤可能的抑制幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)组分。方法:采用琼脂稀释法测定南蛇藤各种提取物的最小抑菌浓度。结果:四种南蛇藤提取物最低抑菌浓度分别为:正己烷提取物>10.24 g.L-1、醋酸乙酯提取物为0.64 g.L-1、正丁醇提取物为5.12 g.L-1、乙醇提取物>10.24 g.L-1。结论:南蛇藤的醋酸乙酯提取物具有较强的抑制H.pylori生长的作用。

Objective： To study the possibility the extrasomatic bacteriostasis of celastrus orbiculatus thunb＇s component on H. pylori. Method： To determine the lowest bacteriostatic concentration of various abstracts of celastrus orbiculatus thunb with agar dilution method. Result： The lowest bacteriostatic concentration of four kinds of celastrus orbiculatus Thunb abstracts are respectively as follows： n - hexane abstract 〉 10.24 g·L^-1, ethyl acetate abstract is 0.64 g·L^-1, n - butyl ethanol abstract is 5.12 g·L^-1 , ethyl alcohol abstract 〉 10.24 g·L^-1. Conclusion： The ethyl acetate abstract of celastrus orbiculatus thunb has stronger inhibition on the growth of H. pylori.
