摘要
目的:研究南蛇藤可能的抑制幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)组分。方法:采用琼脂稀释法测定南蛇藤各种提取物的最小抑菌浓度。结果:四种南蛇藤提取物最低抑菌浓度分别为:正己烷提取物>10.24 g.L-1、醋酸乙酯提取物为0.64 g.L-1、正丁醇提取物为5.12 g.L-1、乙醇提取物>10.24 g.L-1。结论:南蛇藤的醋酸乙酯提取物具有较强的抑制H.pylori生长的作用。
Objective: To study the possibility the extrasomatic bacteriostasis of celastrus orbiculatus thunb's component on H. pylori. Method: To determine the lowest bacteriostatic concentration of various abstracts of celastrus orbiculatus thunb with agar dilution method. Result: The lowest bacteriostatic concentration of four kinds of celastrus orbiculatus Thunb abstracts are respectively as follows: n - hexane abstract 〉 10.24 g·L^-1, ethyl acetate abstract is 0.64 g·L^-1, n - butyl ethanol abstract is 5.12 g·L^-1 , ethyl alcohol abstract 〉 10.24 g·L^-1. Conclusion: The ethyl acetate abstract of celastrus orbiculatus thunb has stronger inhibition on the growth of H. pylori.
