高校如何培养当代大学生的法律素养

On the methods employed by colleges to train students for developing their legal quality

具备一定的知识并等于具有相应的素养。只有通过内化和融合,并真正对思想意识、思维方式、处事原则、行为习惯等产生影响,才能上升为某种素养。一个人的法律素养如何,是通过其掌握、运用法律知识的技能及其法律意识表现出来的。现如今,法制教育模式亟待改革,高校应从教育观念、教学内容和教学方法、手段上去改革。

Having certain knowledge does not mean having corresponding quality. Only through in- ternalization and integration could the knowledge become the quality which really affects the ideology, thinking ways, philosophy of life, behavior and habits. To evaluate a person~ legal quality, we have to check his/her skills of mastering and utilizing legal knowledge and his/her legal consciousness. Today, it is imperative to reform the educational modes of legal systems, and colleges should reform the modes from the aspects of educational concepts, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching means, and so on.
