摘要
现代产品几何技术规范(GPS)提出的操作及操作算子技术,为实现产品几何误差的数字化计量提供了必要的技术基础。研究分析了同轴度误差评定中的操作算子构成及选用原则,并给出最小二乘评定的数学模型。通过实例实现了阶梯轴的同轴度误差的数字化评定过程。
Operation and operator technologies introduced by Geometrical Product Specification and Verification (GPS) provides the necessary knowledge foundation for digitizing measurement of product's geometrical error. This paper analyzes the operator formation for coaxiality error evaluation and provides the selective principle and present mathematical model of its least square evaluation. The paper realizes the digitizing measurement process of the coaxiality error of the muhidiameter through an example.
