弱刚度件加工变形分析与控制对策研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对弱刚度件在机械加工中容易产生变形从而影响其加工精度和加工质量的情况,首先分析了引起弱刚度件加工误差以及加工变形的原因,比较了其与大型结构件加工的区别。其次,采用通用有限元软件ANSYS10.0对具有典型结构的特征弱刚度件加工变形进行了数值模拟,从数值方法上预测分析了其变形规律。最后,根据引起弱刚度构件加工变形的原因以及变形规律,对弱刚度件加工工艺方法以及加工变形控制对策进行了探讨。 The machining deformation of the weak rigidity workpiece is easy to appear in machining, thus affects its processing precision and quality. Firstly, this paper discussed on the reasons, which caused the processing error and machining deformation of the weak rigidity workpiece, and compared the machining processes of the weak rigidity workpiece with large -scale structural parts: Secondly, the general finite element software ANSYS10.0 was applied to simulate the machining deformation of the characteristic weak rigidity workpiece. Finally, according to the reason that caused the machining deformation of the weak rigidity workpiece and the deformation rule of the weak rigidity workpiece, this paper has discussed on the machining processes and machining deformation's control approaches of the weak rigidity workpiece.
