摘要
设计研究的数控双齿轮消隙减速机,通过调整两个输出齿轮的相对转角与高精度齿条啮合,无反向传动间隙,特别适用于大型、重型数控机床进给传动,解决了大行程伺服驱动的难题。
The double- gear eliminating backlash decelerator is developed in this paper. It completely eliminates backlash through adjusting the relative angle of the double output gears engaging with high precision rack. It resolves the problem of big stroke servo drive, which is fit for the feed transmission on large heavy CNC machine tools.
