摘要
建筑结构胶粘剂已广泛应用于加固及改造工程领域,但是其质量却良莠不齐,不容乐观。影响建筑结构胶粘剂质量的主要工艺因素——"混合后的初始粘度"(以下简称粘度)和"触变性"尚未受到足够的重视。粘度和触变性指标的确定是否合适,直接关系到胶粘剂的粘合质量,进而影响工程加固改造的效果。通过对结构胶粘剂在不同条件下的粘度试验以及触变性试验,总结不同环境条件对胶粘剂粘度及触变性的影响,分析产生影响的原因,对各种条件下的试验的变化进行分析,指出在建筑结构胶粘剂使用过程中关于粘度及触变性方面应该注意的问题,对建筑结构胶粘剂粘度及触变性的原理加以说明。
The construction structure adhesive has widely applied in the reinforcement and the transformation project domain, but its quality actually good and evil intermingled, unoptimistic, affects the construction structure adhesive quality the craft factor "the viscosity" and "the thixotropy" has not been paid attention, has not received the enough value. Viscosity and thixotropic target determination whether appropriate relates the adhesive directly the agglutination quality, then influence project reinforcement transformation effect. This article through to the structure adhesive under dissimilar condition viscosity test as well as the thixotropic experiment, summarizes the different environmental condition to the adhesive viscosity and the thixotropic influence, the analysis has the influence reason, carries on the analysis to under each kind of condition experiment change, pointed out in the construction structure adhesive use process the question which should pay attention about the viscosity and the thixotropic aspect, and the thixotropic principle explained to the construction structure adhesive viscosity.
