降钙素基因相关肽对家兔脊卒中的保护作用

摘要 脊卒中是脊髓缺血块氧后而产生的一种严重并发症。本实验在家兔脊髓缺血-再灌注所造成的脊卒中模型上观察降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)对脊卒中的防治作用。结果发现脊卒中时70%家兔出现运动障碍,50%的家兔出现尿失禁。病理险查有31.1±2.8%的脊髓神经细胞呈现典型缺血性神经细胞病理变化。应用CGRP(3.3μg/kgiv)后可以明显改善动物运动功能,无一例发生尿失禁,其缺血性神经细胞数明显减少,血清中脂质过氧化物水平亦明显降低。 Spinal stroke is a severe complication associated with spinal cord ischemia. In the present study, we observed the effects of CGRP in the rabbit using the spinal stroke model induced by spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion. The results demonstrated that in spinal stroke, 70% of rabbits exhibited impaired motor funtion, 50% exhibited urinary incontinence. Pathological study showed that 31.1 + 2.8% of spinal neurons exhibited typical changes of ischemia. CGRP(3.3μg/kg, iv) can significantly improve the motor funtion of the rabbit. No urinary incontinence occured. 'The number of ischemic neurons is markedly decreased. The level of products of lipid peroxidation in blood serum is also decresaed.
