On Oct 15, 2007, Honeywell purchased Hand Held Products, which symbolized Honeywell completely launched a new task, formally entering into the rapid-growing automatic identification and data- collection market, expanding its business in the fi eld of wireless technology. On April 28, 2008, Honeywell and Metrologic signed an acquisition agreement, and finished this transaction on July 2, 2008. How did they make any progress after a series of purchasing actions?
