On Nov 26, 2008, UPM Raflatac held a series of celebration activities in Guangzhou, for which its one of sub-plants in Guangzhou was in operation. This is considered to be another important measure after one of its plants for products of soft tags had been in operation in Illinois, USA, which will improve the global market position of UPM Raflatac.
