摘要
桥巩水电站主体土建Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ标工程由广西水电工程局承建。由于受到征地滞后、基坑涌水、设计变更、施工图纸供图延误、低温天气等因素影响,工期一度拖后,经理部积极探索、大胆创新,建设团结进取的领导班子、不断激励员工的工作激情,立足合同管理,狠抓成本控制,使得工程施工如期完工,并创造了良好的效益。
Civil work bid I, II and IV of main works of Qiaogong hydropower station are undertaken by Guangxi Hydroelectric Construction Bureau. The construction period is postponed due to the delay of land requisition, water gushing from foundation pit, design variation, delay of construction drawing provision and cold weather. In view of this, the management department of the bureau devotes itself to the construction ol a consolidated and enterprising leading group and to the encouragement of staff's working enthusiasm in an active, exploratory, bold and innovative manner. In addition, it attaches importance to cost control on the basis of contract management. Thanks to these efforts, the project is completed as scheduled, and good benefits are yielded.
