摘要
研究了钛镍丝材退火制度、拉拔工艺、矫直工艺对丝材性能的影响。结果表明采用辊模大变形量温拉拔后退火再高温低张力矫直、抛光的工艺路线,可以满足自动律线机对盘卷矫直丝材高塑性的要求。
Infltuence of annealing,drawing and straightening on the properties of TiNi wire is investigated. The experimental resuhs show that the TiNi wire properties can meet the high plasticity requirements of auto-reducing machine when the wire is annealed after large deformation drawing by roller die machine at low temperature, then straightened in low tension force at high temperature as well as polishing.
