CuNiSiCr合金的耐腐蚀性能研究

摘要 对CuNiSiCr合金在人工海水挂片实验,采用失重法计算其年腐蚀深度;通过电化学方法分别测量Cu-NiSiCr合金在酸性、中性、碱性溶液中的极化曲线及腐蚀电流,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察合金的腐蚀产物形貌,用EDS和XRD分析合金的腐蚀产物。结果表明:CuNiSiCr合金在人工海水中发现合金腐蚀速度随时间延长而减缓,合金没有发生局部腐蚀,腐蚀速率为0.0111毫米/年,耐腐蚀等级为4级,属于耐蚀材料;CuNiSi-Cr合金在酸性溶液中耐蚀性能最好,腐蚀产物主要为CuCl2。 The corrosion depth of CuNiSiCr alloy was measured by static weight loss method in man - made sea water. The polarization curve and the corrosion current were studied in acidic, neutral and basic solution. The corrosion morphology was studied by means of SEM and the corrosion products were analyzed by means of EDS and XRD. The results showed that with the prolongation of corrosion times, the corrosion rate of CuNiSiCr alloy decreased in man - made sea water. The alloy was not eroded partially and the corrosion rate was 0.0111 millimeter per year and the corrosion grade was four. Anti - corrosion of CuNiSiCr alloy was best in acidic solution and the main corrosion product was CuCl2.
