轮磨法测定铝阳极氧化膜耐磨性标准的探讨

摘要 轮磨法测试铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜的耐磨性有其独特的优点。通过比较国内外测试方法标准,讨论了需要改进完善的几个方面,以为下一步我国标准修订提供参考。 Wheel wear test method has its particular advantages in measuring the wear resistance of anodic oxide coatings on aluminum and its alloys. Thus the methods for evaluation of the wear resistance of the anodic oxide coatings are introduced with respect to national and international standards. At same time, several aspects waiting to be modified are discussed, which hopefully would provide references to revision of relevant national standards.
