ADP脱敏对兔血小板ADP受体调节的影响

摘要 用ADP引起兔血小板脱敏,测定血小板上ADP受体的K_D及数目,并与正常血小板上的数据比较。正常血小板的K^D=0.0129nM,受体数=857.69;而脱敏血小扳的K′_D=0.0265nM,受体数=294.78。以上结果说明由于细胞表面受体的内化,使受体亲和力及受体数目减少。 By using ADP desensitized rabbit platelets, the determination of KD and ADP receptor numbers in desensitized platelets were investigated, and compared with that of normal ones. In normal platelets, KD = 0.0129nM, number of receptors = 857.69; while in desensitized platelets, KD = 0.0265 nM, number of receptors= 294.78. these results indicate that desensitization leads to a reduction in receptor affinity and receptor number due to interaalization of cell surface receptors.
