摘要
研究热带亚热带类型双壳贝类沟纹巴非蛤(Paphia exarata Philippi)滤食富营养化水体中藻类的能力。发现沟纹巴非蛤能有效地清除水体中的叶绿素a,在72h即达到显著的清除效果;当贝密度在60只/m3时(实验水体中藻类密度为5×108 cell/L)清除的效果最佳,且未引起水体中氮(N)、磷(P)含量的增加。
Bivalves Paphia exarata Philippi were cultured to observe its filtering ability of algae in eutrophic sea water. The result indicated that P. exarata Philippi eliminated efficiently chlorophyll a in the sea water at the original algae density of about 5×10^8 cell/L, and remarkably after 72h. P. exarata Philippi when cultured at the density of 60 bivalves per m^3 of sea water showed best effect of algae elimination, and the concentrations of nitrogen and phosphate in the water were not increased. This suggests that it is a feasible way to purify sea water with bivalves.
