在统计分析吉林省23年玉米品种审定相关数据的基础上,比较分析了玉米育种研究专利和品种权保护的有关状况,探讨吉林省玉米育种知识产权保护战略的相关问题。

Based on the statistical analysis for relevant data of maize cuhivar regissration in Jilin province since 23 years, this paper compared and analyzed the related situation of maize breeding patent and protection of varietyrights, and also investigated the related problems of intellectual property protection strategy on maize breeding in Jilin province.
