摘要
通过对电子万能试验机增加低温恒温试验箱,实现了人工淡水冰的单轴加载强度试验。试验试样为50×50×100(mm3)的长方体;沿垂直冰晶生长方向加载。试验采用不同的位移速率并观测了人工淡水冰韧脆转变过程的宏观破坏形式,以及冰的单轴压缩强度。同前人试验结果比较,获得了预期的试验结果。从而说明低温恒温试验箱0.1℃的控温精度,与天然冰类似晶体的人工冰以及电子万能试验机的组合进行冰的单轴压缩强度试验是可行有效的。
The paper based on increased the low-constant temperature test box on the electronic universal testing machines, has finished the uniaxial load strength test of artificial freshwater ice. Experimental load was applied to the vertical ice crystal growth direction with the specimens being a cube of 50 50 100 (mm^3). The different displacement rates was adopted, and the experiment was observed the macroscopic destruction form of the artificial freshwater ice from ductile to brittle transition, as well as ice uniaxial compressive strength. The result from the predecessor agrees with the anticipated experiment result. It is feasible effective that the combination on artificial ice of the natural ice similar crystals and electronic universal testing machines in uniaxial compressive strength experiment under low-constant temperature test box with0. 1℃ controls precision.
