基础教育均衡发展下重庆县域城乡学校体育发展研究

运用文献资料、实地考察等研究方法,以基础教育均衡发展理论为视角,对重庆县域城乡学校体育现状进行了研究。研究表明:当前重庆县域城乡学校体育发展仍不容乐观,没有得到公平地对待,特别是缺乏场地器材、缺重视、缺观念、缺监督与管理、缺师资等成为制约重庆县域城乡学校体育发展的主要因素。为此,笔者提出积极转变观念、加强学校体育硬件资源建设、加强课程资源开发、统筹城乡教师资源,提高农村教师质量等措施,为促进重庆市学校体育的发展建言献策。
