摘要
针对基础设计阶段煤液化装置减压塔抽真空系统循环水消耗量大的问题,结合装置所在地区的气候条件,按照循环水冷却改为空气冷却的思路,提出了优化设计方案。与基础设计方案相比,采用优化方案可以节省循环水1904.35 t/h,节约标油888 t/a,装置年操作费用降低324.45万元,综合效益显著。
The optimization design method, to solve the problem of the vast water consumed in vacuum process of decompression tower in the coal liquefied plant, was put forward according to the weather condition and idea of the water-cooling replaced to air-cooling. The optimization design method has been used in the plant, the air-cooling compared with water-cooling, the circulating water of 1 904.35 t/h, standard fuel oil of 888 t/a, and operation cost of RMB 3.244 5 million/a saved.
