摘要
从生态经济学的角度出发,以生态重建与环境恢复为目的,引用生态经济系统原理和生态经济发展的相关理论,提出陕北黄土高原丘陵沟壑区生态经济发展基本思路、生态经济类型划分的初步框架和区域生态经济发展模式,从而实现生态效益、经济效益和社会效益相统一的最终目的,使黄土高原丘陵沟壑区生态环境与当地社会经济可持续发展。
From the perspective of ecological economics, for the purpose of ecological reconstruction and environment restoration, the paper put forward the basic ideas of eco-economic development, preliminary framework of eco-type economy and the regional ecological and economic development model in northern Shaanxi hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau. It will realize sustainable development, thus realize the final purpose with unified ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefit, make loess plateau hills gully district ecological environment and local social economic sustainable development.
