摘要
在已有装配线平衡设计迭代算法的基础上,提出了一种改进的迭代算法,该方法采用多种规则对装配元进行排序,使迭代算法能获得较优结果;同时在节拍可变时,通过二次迭代可获得最佳节拍。该算法已由计算机程序实现,并获得实际应用。
Based on the existed assembly line balancing iterative algorithm, an improving assembly line balancing method was proposed. The method ranks the assembly elements with multi-rules, and can obtain a better result, when cycle times changes, an optimized cycle times could be achieved through twice iterative. This algorithm has been implemented by program, and applied in actual assembly line balancing design.
