摘要
在设计机床的主传动非常规变速系统时,首先利用传统优化设计方法求出理想解和多个合理解,然后再把其作为一个灰色系统,利用灰色系统理论中的灰色聚类方法,对多个合理解按满意程度进行排列,其结果可为普通机床的设计、开发提供更趋于实际的理论依据。介绍利用灰色聚类方法开发金属切削机床重复转速的主传动非常规变速系统优化设计的总体结构、功能和方法。设计的系统具有界面友好、操作方便、易于理解的特点。
In the design of irregular speed-change system of main transmission in machine tool, traditional optimization was applied to obtain the ideal and several reasonable schemes. The main transmission system of machine tool was regarded as grey system, the obtained several reasonable schemeswere classified by the grey classification based on grey system theory. The result can make an important role in the design or development of the machine tool. The total frames, functions and means to optimize main transmission irregular speed-change system of machine tool based on the grey classification were introduced. The designed system is characterized by the friendly interface, convenient operation and better understanding.
