摘要
采用集中供油加载方法研究并设计了C型结构综合分析实验台。机械设计专业的学生在掌握有限元分析方法的理论和计算实践后,通过该实验台能对C型结构简化模型的理论计算结果与实际情况进行比较,增强对有限元方法的直观理解。该实验台还有助于学生加深掌握所学的《测试技术》和《液压传动技术》课程的基本理论和方法,使学生将已学或已会知识进行综合应用。加强对学生的动脑及动手能力的培养,进一步增强工程素养。
The C structure comprehensive experimental instrument was designed by the centralized oil supply technology. The students from mechanic design special can compare the theoretic data with the experimental results through the experimental instrument, to enhance the visual understanding after learning the finite element analysis theory and computer technology. The students' comprehensive ability can be trained, and the engineering accomplishment can be improved with the measuring and hydraulic drive technology theory and method application.
