基于液压滑阀的对流项差分格式分析

摘要 在使用商业软件过程中,计算流体动力学CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)工程师选择差分格式比较困难。针对这个问题,利用通用流体解析软件STAR-CD对液压滑阀进行了解析计算,并对软件中涉及到的几种差分格式进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,选用K-ε高雷诺数紊流模型和SIMPLE算法求解不可压缩稳态流动时,UD差分格式的计算最稳定但计算精度较低,QUICK格式计算精度较高但数值解的摆动较大,收敛性较差。 While using commercial CFD software to analyze the flow field, selecting differencing scheme is very hard to engineers. Aimed at this problem, the commercial software of Star-CD was used to analyze a spool valve, and the differencing schemes referred to this software were compared. It is indicated by the solutions that, UD scheme has the most steady solving process, but gets larger errors, when selecting K-e/High Reynolds number model and SIMPLE method to solve the steady incompressible flow field in one spool valve. QUICK scheme makes the result more close to the experiment solution, but makes solving process not as steady as UD scheme.
