摘要
将视觉系统用于非接触动态测量装置的设计,为保证视觉系统在线非接触动态测量精度,分析了被测物的径向颤抖对测量的影响,通过设计结构方案对比和模拟实验,引用作者的发明专利技术,给出了合理的设计结构和参数关系。
The device of non-contact dynamic measurement with the vision system was designed. The effect of the radial quiver of a measured object on measuring was analyzed, in order to guarantee the accuracy of the vision system in online-non-contact measurement. The rational design structure and the parametric relationship were put forward through the comparison of different structure plans, simulation experiments and citing a patent for nay interrelated invention .
