在"科学、技术、社会与生物圈(STSB)"的主题下,第23届国际科学技术与社会(IASTS)会议探讨了科学技术与能源、生态、公共政策、教育、法律、工程等领域的关联性等问题。本文集中于STS与能源论争及能源政策、STS与绿色技术论争及绿色技术发展、STS与生态教育论争及生态教育未来等三个层面,分析了目前国际STS学界对生态系统关注的核心所在。

With the subject of Science, Technology, Society and Biosphere （STSB）, the 23rd conference by International Association for Science, Technology, and Society （IASTS） discussed the relevant problems between science, technology and energy, ecology, public policy, education, law, engineering, etc. the paper focuses on three aspects about this discussion. That is, STS and energetic debate ＆ policy, STS and green technology debate ＆ its development, STS and ecological education debate ＆ its future. Analyzing the key attention to ecological system paid by current international STS academia.
