摘要 本文建立了产量柔性下使整个生产系统总成本最小的最优生产批量和原材料订购决策模型.在模型中,生产系统所需的原材料是小批量多次订购的,顾客所需的该生产系统的产品是小批量多次发送的,生产系统的生产率是可变的.单位生产成本是生产率的函数.本文还对产量柔性下最优生产率及最优生产批量和原材料订购决策进行了分析.最后结合实例对模型的最优解进行了讨论. In this paper, an optimal batch size and raw material ordering policy model under volume flexibility is developed to minimize the total cost for a production system. In this model, raw materials needed in the production system are ordered in small batch size and finished products are delivered to the customer in small lots. The production rate of the production system is a variable. Unit production cost is a function of production rate. We also analyse optimal production rate, optimal batch size and raw material ordering policy under volume flexibility. Finally, we discuss optimal solution of the model with a example.
