摘要
针对重型越野底盘改装的天线车展开作业时的支撑稳定性问题,提出了在天线车平台与后支撑腿之间增加水平回转支腿,使天线车的纵向和横向支撑跨距都得到扩大的改进方法。其中横向跨距的增加数值应大于纵向跨距,使车辆的纵、横方向的稳定性更加均衡。而且由于增加水平回转支腿,使后支腿在平台上的支点后移,支撑中心更趋向于车辆重心,各支腿的支撑负荷也更加均衡。
Objective to the supporting stabilization of Antenna Vehicle with refitted heavy duty off-road chassis when it is deployed for operating, the paper presents a solution, i.e. the Horizontal Slewing outriggers are designed additionally between the Antenna Platform and the rear landing legs in order to extend the supporting span on both the longitudinal and lateral directions. Since the increased span value on the lateral direction is larger than on the longitudinal direction, the stabilization of the vehicle on both the longitudinal and lateral directions become more balance. Furthermore, the supporting points of the rear landing legs on the platform rearward shift through installing the slewing outriggers, the support center is much more approach to the gravity center of platform, so the load applied to every landing leg is more equal when operating.
