摘要
针对科氏流量计离线测试的需要,研制了一种基于直接数字合成技术(DDS)的正弦信号相位差发生器,其采用单片机(MCU,microcontroller unit)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD,complex programmable logic device)为主要框架,具有结构件简单、输出相位差精度高、易于实现等特点。该种信号发生器主要用于模拟科氏质量流量计传感器产生两路相位差可调的正弦信号,测试表明:其输出波形好,相位差精度高。
For the demands of offline test of Coriolis massflow meter( CMF), a type of sine signal phase difference generator based on direct digital synthesis(DDS) is developed. This generator mainly consists of MCU&CPLD with the characteristic of having simply structure, high precise phase difference output and making easily. It produces two channels sine signals of which phase difference is adjustable to simulate the CMF sensor output with good wave outputting and high precise phase difference approved by test.
