摘要
分析了某航空发动机附件试验台的特殊需求及PXI技术的特点。设计了基于PXI硬件系统及Measurement Studio软件框架的某航空发动机附件试验台的计算机测控系统,同时引入数据融合技术提高了测试数据精度。采用DataSocket技术,进行网络数据通信。实现分布式在线监控。工厂使用证明,该系统运行稳定可靠,具有较好的实时性和可维护性。
The special needs of a test bed for an aero engine accessory and the characteristics of PXI technology are analyzed. The control system for a test bed of an aero engine accessory based on PXI hardware system and Measurement Studio software framework is designed, while the data fusion technology is used to enhance accuracy of the data. The technology of DataSocket is used to realize data communication on LAN and distributed on-line monitoring. The application in the factory shows the system runs stable, has better real-time and maintainability.
