摘要
本研究以新疆黑色电气石粉体为对象,通过改变电气石粉体粒径、煅烧和采用沉淀反应等方法提高其白度,来探讨各改色增白工艺的优劣势,以找出使电气石获得最大白度的综合条件。研究表明三种工艺方法都有利于提高电气石白度:随电气石粒径的减小,白度呈增加趋势;当电气石粉体粒径d97<3.2μm,其白度可达46.36%;当煅烧温度800℃,煅烧时间1.5h时,其白度可由原矿的15.92%提高到54.78%;沉淀反应中,随TiO2浓度的增加,白度呈增加趋势,当TiO2/电气石为60%时,白度可达65.91%,而相同TiO2/电气石比例情况下简单的搅拌混合其白度只有60.28%。
This research was based on the Xingjiang black tourmaline powder, by altering the tourmaline powder's granularity, calcination temperature in order to increase its white degree. Meanwhile, we applied the deposit reaction method to cover with the amount of TiO2 on the tourmaline. That can help us find the most appropriate state of tourmaline to obtain the highest white degree. It showed that all of the three technics could increase its white degree, as the decrease of granularity, white degree has the current of rising. When the tourmaline powder's granularity d97〈3.2um, its white degree can reach 46.36%. When calcination temperature was 800 ℃ the time of calcination was 1.5h, rose up to 54.78% from the initial 15.92%. And in the deposit reaction, when TiO2/tourmaline was 60%, the white degree can reach 65.91%. Under the same condition, the way of mechanical mix can only achieve 60.28%.
