用粉煤灰制备生物滤料的正交试验研究

摘要 用粉煤灰为主要原料,制备生物滤池滤料。采用正交实验设计,考察粘结剂类型、助熔剂加量、焙烧温度等对滤料性能的影响。结果表明,助熔剂加量和烧成温度是影响粉煤灰品质的主要因素。当原料配方中助熔剂加量为6%、煤粉加量10%,焙烧温度为1100℃时,样品的综合性能指标最好,其显气孔率为68.12%,容重为0.69g/cm3,碱蚀率为0.41%,酸蚀率为3.43%。 A biological aerated filter was prepared by coal fly ash as essential material. The influences of different kinds of clay, flux and powdered coal content, roasting temperature on properties of the filter were study by an design orthogonal experiment table. The results show that at the content of the flux is 6%, powdered coal is 10%, the roast temperature is 1100℃, performances of the sample are the best. Its porosity is 68.12%, volume weight is 0.69g/cm^3, alkali solution ratio is 0.41%, acid solution ratio is 3.43%.
