摘要 在双锡林、双道夫梳理机的杂乱系统CDRS(Controlled Double RandomSystem)中,通过比较成网工艺中道夫与凝聚罗拉线速比,同种纤维不同纤度、不同面密度等因素,对照产品测试数据,分析热粘合纤网纵横强力比的主要影响因素。 In controller double random system for double doffer card, through comparing the line speed ratio between doffer and coherent roller, different denier of same fiber, different areal density, according to product test- ing data, main factors influencing thermal-bonded web M/D strength are analysed.
